We leave you some recommendations to activate you

Take five minute breaks for every hour of work to do a different activity.
Stretches the joints (shoulders, neck, hips, wrists, knees and ankles)
Stretch or adopt a system of exercises with your own weight in which you use the natural movement of your body.
Review the design of your work chair, try to make it ergonomic.
